Shipping policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there are significant delays due to unexpected high volume or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided after order is placed and are based on the shipping method selected.

- Flat rate or free for orders over a specified value (to be determined by the company).

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: Please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether we can ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipping: We currently ship to select countries. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and the delivery time varies by destination. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number through email so you can track your package.
Damages: Propel Health Pty Ltd is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
